Dear Parents and Carers,
Interim Conversations will take place on Tuesday 17th
March 2020. We appreciate your commitment and interest in your child’s
education and progress.
In order to make the process of booking parent
teacher Interim Conversations easier in Term 1, the school will be trialling
the use of an Online Booking System (SOBS), that a number of other schools are
using with a great deal of success. The SOBS is designed for simplicity and
provides an online facility for parents and carers to book interviews at a time
convenient for them and the teacher.
Please read the information included in this newsletter,
which explains the process parents and carers will need to follow to book their
parent/teacher Interim Conversations on Tuesday 17th March 2020. Please
note, the SOBS will be set up to open on 3rd March 2020, so you will
not be able to book until then.

Following the trial, we will ask parents and carers
to provide feedback to the school, prior to the proposed full implementation of
the SOBS, later in 2020.
